We are an administrative, secretarial, transcribing service who strive to obtain unbeatable quality value and speed.

 

We were established in 2001 as a secretarial service and have now grown to extend our services to all aspects of administrative work offering you: Stock take monitoring, Accounts, data entry, debtor/creditor control, bookkeeping services alongside our typing, transcribing services and Internet research.

About Us

Wendy opened the business due to her extensive knowledge of secretarial, administration,  accounting, bookkeeping,internet research and reporting experience

With the changes in modern technology and the internet, Wendy has now made it available to accommodate her clients further afield from Hamilton New Zealand.

for example international work is able to be done due to time zones around the world – Send your work to us end of your business day we will have the work back to you end of our business day or soon there after

Wendy also found that it was not easy to locate a typing/transcription service that was actually affordable and provided a quick turnaround with high-quality output. Also where confidentiality is of utmost importance.  With all this in mind Wendy decided to change the game, leading to the start of ABC Secretarial & Transcription Services.

TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES

We operate a Brother SpeechExec Transcription software with WAV/WMA/MP3 playback capabilities

Features offered are:

  • if you are an international client and you email us your transcription work at end of your day we will endeavor to have this back to you by the start of your morning next day.

TYPING & SECRETARIAL SERVICES

  • We cover all aspects of typing – this means work can be emailed, faxed, or dropped off

We are New Zealand GST registered

 

International clients are GST exclusive

 

Typing:                                 $45 + GST per hour, pro-rata

 

 

Proof Reading/Data Entry: $35 + GST per hour, pro-rata

 

 

Transcribing:                        $45 + GST per hour,

                                               (Intl GST Exclusive )

                                                           

                                              $40 + GST per hour for shorter                                                                    transcriptions

 

On average it takes 3.5 hrs - 4 hrs for an hours clear precise dictation i.e. Letters, memos, minutes

 

 

Invoices/Accounts Control: $35 + GST per hour, pro-rata  

 

Data Entry:                            $35 + GST per hour, pro-rata                       Regular inputting (on a monthly basis) of this data will be discounted on the application of same.

 

Secretarial/Office Support$30 + GST per hour, pro-rata  

Mileage charged @ 70c/km if outside a 5km radius of Hamilton
